II. Social media plugins
On our pages you will find, among others in our “Social Media Newsroom”, so-called social plugins from selected platforms (e.g. “Twitter, Xing, YouTube”). These plugins are usually identified by a logo and a written addendum.
Calling up a page from our offer with such a plugin in your browser leads to the establishment of a direct short connection with its servers. This is primarily to display the content of the plugin. In this case, the cooperation partner learns your IP address. In practice, this IP address cannot be easily assigned to you by name.
However, if you are registered with one of the cooperation partners at the same time, they can create a surfing profile of you. Under certain circumstances, the platform provider may store a cookie on your computer. You decide whether you want to allow these cookies via the settings of your Internet browser.
