I am the founder and CEO of BERIAS and the creator of Adaptive Micro Consulting. Over the past years I have built and managed eight companies across different industries, gaining first-hand experience in what makes businesses succeed and where they struggle. With a strong background in IT and business process consulting, I bridge strategy and execution. I work closely with clients to identify what really drives performance and design solutions that deliver fast, practical results. My mix of entrepreneurial experience and consulting expertise allows me to understand both sides of the table.
